Job summary

Conch Technologies Inc. seeks a Product Owner to drive digital product strategy and backlog for consumer-facing apps. The role is onsite in Downtown Miami, FL (3–4 days a week on site) for a 3–6 month contract-to-hire engagement.

You will partner with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver, iterate, and scale mobile and web products with loyalty/engagement features. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in product management, strong analytics, and experience with agile processes, plus

Qualifications

3–5 years in digital product management for consumer apps and web products.
Experience launching and scaling mobile and web products with loyalty/engagement ecosystems.
Hands-on use of AI tools to accelerate product-management work (research, discovery, prototyping).
Owns an agile backlog: write user stories, prioritize, groom with engineering, plan sprints, and acceptance tests.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with product analytics to drive decisions.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; aligns cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience with loyalty, rewards/offers platforms, co-brand cards, or casino marketing.
Knowledge of gaming or hospitality systems; social or gamified experiences a plus.
