Withum is seeking a Tech Audit Supervisor to join our San Francisco or Los Angeles teams in a hybrid role. You will lead audit engagements from planning through completion, overseeing staffing, risk assessment, and client deliverables.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting and CPA license with 3+ years in public accounting; healthcare audits are a plus. Strong communication, mentoring, and budget management are essential for success at Withum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and CPA license.
• At least 3 years of public accounting experience, leading multiple engagements.
• Experience auditing healthcare systems and hospitals is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills.
• Strong client service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engagement team from planning to completion for audit, review, or compilation.
• Oversee day-to-day audit engagement activities including staffing and budgeting.
• Provide supervision to staff, seniors, and supervisors; mentor team.
• Collaborate with team and partners on client issues and regulatory matters.
• Manage multiple engagements and meet client deadlines.
• Develop and deliver professional development sessions for staff.
