Job summary

Withum in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Tech Audit Manager to lead planning and execution of audits, reviews or compilations for diverse clients, building a high-performing engagement team and delivering world-class service.

You will supervise staff, manage budgets, mentor juniors, and collaborate with partners on regulatory and accounting issues arising during engagements, with a clear path toward partnership and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA license required.
• Experience auditing commercial clients, including SEC registrants.
• At least 5 years of public accounting experience with leadership of multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of audits, reviews or compilations.
• Supervise engagement staff, staffing, budgeting and risk assessment.
• Manage multiple engagements and meet client deadlines.
• Provide issue resolution and recommendations on regulatory matters during engagements.
• Mentor and develop team; contribute to professional development.
