Withum is seeking a Financial Services Audit Supervisor to be based in Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Orange County. You will lead audit engagements from planning through completion, guiding staff and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting and CPA license, with a minimum of 3 years in public accounting and a focus on audits, reviews or compilations. Healthcare experience is a plus; travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA license is required.
• At least 3 years of public accounting experience, with experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff.
• Experience auditing healthcare systems and hospitals is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Lead the engagement team on planning and execution of audits, reviews or compilations to deliver world-class client service.
• Oversee day-to-day audit engagement operations including staffing, planning and budgeting.
• Supervise staff, seniors and supervisors; mentor and provide feedback; collaborate on issue resolution and client communication.
