Job summary

Avangrid offers a 2-year Local Rotational Program for recent graduates, providing exposure, hands-on experience, and engagement across the organization through three rotations every 6–9 months. Participants work on projects supporting safe, reliable energy services and build technical, business, and leadership skills.

The program includes mentorship, networking, professional development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work from assigned Avangrid locations participating in the rotational program.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and solve business or technical problems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in team environments.
• Communication skills that support cross functional partnership.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments across technology, analytics, digital, and operational support functions.
• Support data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, and performance measurement activities.
• Assist with digital transformation, automation, and technology improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams on project assignments.
• Evaluate data and system information to support operational decision making.
• Contribute to governance, compliance, cybersecurity, or technology controls as applicable.
• Support process improvement efforts designed to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Engage in professional development, mentoring, and leadership learning opportunities.
• Participate in cross functional team projects and networking activities.
• Build experience across multiple technology and analytics disciplines.
