Job summary

Avangrid offers a 2-year Local Rotational Program in Technology, Digital & Analytics with rotations every 6–9 months across multiple locations (CT, NY, ME, OR, MA, etc.). The program emphasizes mentorship, professional development, and cross-functional collaboration to prepare participants for long-term careers within Avangrid.

Relocation support may be provided for eligible candidates. Participants gain exposure to data analysis, reporting, governance, cybersecurity, and technology controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work from Avangrid locations participating in the rotational program.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and solve business or technical problems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in team environments.
• Communication skills that support cross functional partnership.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments across technology, analytics, digital, and operational support functions.
• Support data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, and performance measurement activities.
• Assist with digital transformation, automation, and technology improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams on project assignments.
• Evaluate data and system information to support operational decision making.
• Contribute to governance, cybersecurity, or technology controls as applicable.
• Support process improvement efforts designed to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Engage in professional development, mentoring, and leadership learning opportunities.
• Participate in cross functional team projects and networking activities.
