Job summary

Avangrid’s 2-Year Local Rotational Program provides recent graduates with exposure, experience, and engagement across the organization through three rotational assignments completed over approximately two years. Participants rotate every 6 to 9 months, contribute to projects that support safe and reliable energy services, and build technical, business, and leadership capabilities.

The program includes mentorship, networking, professional development, and cross functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments across technology, analytics, digital, and operational support functions.
• Support data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, and performance measurement activities.
• Assist with digital transformation, automation, and technology improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams on project assignments.
• Evaluate data and system information to support operational decision making.
• Contribute to governance, cybersecurity, or technology controls as applicable.
• Support process improvement efforts to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Engage in professional development, mentoring, and leadership learning opportunities.
• Participate in cross functional team projects and networking activities.
• Build experience across multiple technology and analytics disciplines.
