Job summary

Avangrid's 2-Year Local Rotational Program provides recent graduates with exposure, experience, and engagement across the organization through three rotational assignments completed over approximately two years. Participants complete rotational experiences every 6 to 9 months, contribute to projects that support safe and reliable energy services, and build technical, business, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Communications, Public Policy, Environmental Studies, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
• Ability to work from assigned Avangrid locations participating in the rotational program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments across business, commercial, customer, regulatory, financial, and corporate functions.
• Support business analysis, reporting, planning, and operational initiatives.
• Assist with projects related to finance, accounting, supply chain, customer operations, sustainability, regulatory, or corporate services teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to support business objectives.
• Analyze information used to support operational and organizational performance.
• Contribute to compliance, governance, and risk management activities.
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational effectiveness efforts.
• Engage in leadership development, mentoring, and professional growth opportunities.
• Participate in networking and cohort learning activities.
• Build business knowledge through exposure to multiple functions and assignments.
