Job summary

Avangrid's Local Rotational Program offers recent graduates exposure to technology, analytics, and digital initiatives across multiple locations in the US. Participants rotate every 6–9 months, work on data-driven projects, and gain leadership and professional development through mentorship and cross-functional collaboration.

Positions may be located in CT, NY, ME, or other Avangrid sites with a potential relocation benefit for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IT/CE/DS/Analytics or related field.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work from assigned Avangrid locations participating in the rotational program.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and solve business or technical problems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in team environments.
• Communication skills that support cross functional partnership.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments across technology, analytics, digital, and operational support functions.
• Support data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, and performance measurement activities.
• Assist with digital transformation, automation, and technology improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams on project assignments.
• Evaluate data and system information to support operational decision making.
• Contribute to governance, cybersecurity, or technology controls as applicable.
• Support process improvement efforts designed to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Engage in professional development, mentoring, and leadership learning opportunities.
• Participate in cross functional team projects and networking activities.
• Build experience across multiple technology and analytics disciplines.
