Responsibilities

Develop, own, and lifecycle manage the official Compatibility matrix for the CyberSense platform.
Establish formal testing requirements, compatibility guidelines and lifecycle definitions based on industry standards.
Manage day-to-day partner interactions, product release schedules and roadmap alignment for current and new technology alliance partners.
Keep stakeholders apprised of partners' strategic goals, roadmaps, and opportunities.
Maintain relationships with technology partners and resolve business/technical issues; advocate for Index Engines and the partner.
Communicate current compatibility list, roadmap, priorities, and schedules across teams.
Collaborate with Support on notifications, updates, and service bulletins related to the Compatibility matrix.
