Job summary

Index Engines is seeking a Director of Technology Alliances & Compatibility to lead the official Compatibility matrix, establish testing requirements, and manage product and roadmap alignment for the CyberSense platform. You will drive partner relationships, coordinate with product, engineering, and support, and ensure certification readiness across complex technology combinations.

Proven ability to manage technical partnerships and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with product/platform qualification, testing, and certification processes.

Responsibilities

Develop, own, and lifecycle manage the official Compatibility matrix for the CyberSense platform.
Establish formal testing requirements, compatibility guidelines and lifecycle definitions.
Manage day-to-day partner interactions and roadmaps with partners.
Align stakeholders on priorities, goals, and release schedules.
Maintain relationships with technology partners and resolve issues; advocate for Index Engines.
Communicate compatibility lists, roadmaps, and schedules across teams.
Collaborate with Support on notifications and service bulletins related to compatibility.
