Job summary

Rosenberg Law Group PLLC is seeking an IT Technician / AI Workflow Engineer / Cybersecurity Specialist to own the firm’s technology stack across law offices in Brooklyn and Lawrence. You’ll manage IT infrastructure, drive AI automation, ensure security and data privacy, and develop web and mobile tools to support real estate closings and legal operations.

The role blends systems administration with hands-on development in a fast-paced legal environment, reporting to the Managing Attorney.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in IT support, cybersecurity, AI/automation development, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 ecosystem: Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Automate.
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining AI tools and workflow automation platforms.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, SOC 2, or equivalent).
• Web development skills including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with React is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
