Rosenberg Law Group PLLC is seeking an experienced IT/DevOps professional to own technology end‑to‑end across Lawrence and Brooklyn offices. You will manage Microsoft 365, network infrastructure, security, backups, and staff onboarding, while building AI workflows for a modern legal practice.

You will also contribute to platform development, API integrations, and app updates, ensuring privacy controls and audit trails. On-site presence is required in NY.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of hands‑on IT administration, not only help‑desk ticket work.
• Strong Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune experience.
• Real networking skills: firewalls, VLANs, Wi‑Fi, and switching. UniFi is a strong plus.
• Practical security experience: EDR, MFA, backups, and incident response.
• Basic scripting (PowerShell or Python) and a working understanding of APIs.
• Clear writing and a calm, professional manner with attorneys and clients.
• Able to be on site at both Lawrence (Nassau County) and Brooklyn

Responsabilidades

• Run the firm's IT (on site at Lawrence and Brooklyn).
• Administer Microsoft 365: Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune device management.
• Manage the network: Ubiquiti UniFi gateways, switches, Wi-Fi, VLANs, and VPN.
• Maintain security cameras, door access, printers and scanners, and conference-room AV.
• Own backups and disaster recovery, and test restores regularly.
• Onboard and offboard staff, manage laptops, and serve as first-line support for attorneys and paralegals.
• Lead incident response. Handle phishing, account compromise, or ransomware.
• Defend against wire fraud and business email compromise; maintain IS program and NY SHIELD Act compliance.
• Automate contract review, document drafting, closing checklists, intake, and file tracking.
• Build AI workflows with Claude, OpenAI, n8n, Make, Zapier, and Power Automate.
• Connect systems via APIs; ensure privacy controls and audit trails.
• Develop or support native iOS/Android apps and the platform website; work with payments, 2FA, databases, cloud hosting, CI/CD.
