Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned consultant to help technology and AI leaders execute complex transformations. You will translate strategies into action, drive cross-functional execution, and deliver measurable ROI while guiding senior stakeholders.

Expect travel 40–50% and opportunities to mentor juniors and shape proposals. You will join a team recognized for solving bold problems across four domains: GTM, Platform Services, AI Compute, and Transformation & Value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in tech or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategies and roadmaps into action; build implementation plans, workstreams, and operating models.
• Drive execution directly alongside client teams; remove barriers and ensure initiatives land with impact.
• Size the value at stake for transformation and track ROI in real time.
• Execute on cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across client operations, including AI spend, infrastructure utilization, and process overhead.
• Develop client-ready materials that communicate progress and recommendations to executives.
• Structure and lead workstreams from start to finish; deliver outputs ready for the client.
• Own quality across all team outputs; maintain coherence and client-readiness.
• Support business development; contribute to proposals and grow client relationships.
• Develop junior team members; provide feedback and growth opportunities.
• Travel: Average 40-50% (up to 80% as needed).
