Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience consulting for or working in the Software & Platforms tech industry
• Minimum of 5 years of experience at a consulting firm

Responsibilities

• Translate strategies and roadmaps into action; build the implementation plans, workstreams, and operating models that make transformation real for technology companies.
• Drive execution directly alongside client teams; removing barriers, managing stakeholders, and ensuring initiatives land with lasting impact.
• Size the value at stake for transformation initiatives and track delivery against it; help clients understand and capture ROI in real time.
• Execute on cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across client operations; including AI-related spend, infrastructure utilization, and process overhead.
• Build project infrastructure that keeps engagements running: workplans, governance structures, decision logs, risk tracking.
• Develop client-ready materials that communicate progress, decisions, and recommendations to executives.

Education
