The position supports hybrid work from East Lansing, MI, with responsibilities spanning strategy, design, deployment, and analytics to measure impact and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• Experience creating digital learning content and modules.
• Proficiency with eLearning tools such as Articulate Rise/Storyline and Camtasia.
• Familiarity with LMS deployment, SCORM/xAPI, and analytics.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop modern eLearning modules and simulations.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to align with objectives.
• Apply AI-powered tools to enhance content development and personalization.
• Ensure accessibility, testing across devices, and LMS integration.
• Lead and mentor junior teammates on standards and best practices.
