Uber Technologies Inc. is seeking a Tech & AI Senior Business Development StratOps Associate to drive strategy and execution for Tech & AI partnerships across Uber’s Mobility and Delivery units.

You’ll analyze partnerships, lead planning, and assist in deal structures while ensuring transparent reporting to senior stakeholders. The role emphasizes analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to set a long-term vision while delivering actionable results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate development or relevant experience.
• SQL proficiency for data access, interpretation and analysis to drive operations.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of influencing leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Exceptional storytelling to synthesize data into clear insights.
• Self-motivation with business judgment and strategic problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support BD verticals and global programs, acting as a go-to for cross-functional initiatives.
• Partner with deal leads to determine deal strategy and drive analysis.
• Distill large volumes of information into succinct business insights.
• Drive deal pipeline management, approvals and performance reporting.
• Ensure deals align with company strategy, monitor risk and competitive developments.
• Launch and manage tools and processes foundational to the org.
• Serve as a thought partner to BD deal leads.
• Set governance and cadence of operations for the entire business.
