LaunchSquad is seeking a seasoned public relations manager to lead four accounts across B2B and B2C technology. You will guide day-to-day direction of account teams, shape messaging, and steer strategic programs that deliver client results.

This role thrives in a fast-paced agency setting, with a flexible hybrid/remote schedule and opportunities to coach talent, pitch new work, and grow foundational skills across transportation, AI, finance, and enterprise software.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of public relations experience at an agency or startup technology/d2c company.
• Experience developing key messaging and positioning statements for emerging products or companies.
• Seasoned plan writer with ability to translate big ideas into program objectives and priorities; strong writing/editing skills.
• Capable project manager across several teams or large-scale projects.
• Effective teacher, coach and talent developer with transparent interpersonal communication.
• Portfolio of work showing original ideas and strategic communication.

Responsibilities
