Job summary

Edelman is seeking a Senior Account Supervisor for its Technology practice, in either Austin or Dallas. The role blends technology storytelling with strategic communications, media relations, and team leadership to shape campaigns for global brands.

The SAS will guide high-impact programs, manage budgets, mentor staff, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated communications that advance client goals in AI and semiconductors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum five years in communications or public relations, agency setting preferred.
• Hybrid work schedule (Austin or Dallas office) and willingness to travel.
• Experience with technology clients and AI-focused comms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier client service, building trust and unlocking growth opportunities.
• Lead operational and financial performance of account teams with quality processes.
• Drive communications plans and launch strategies, including events.
• Oversee product messaging and executive talking points for launches.
• Lead junior staff through mentoring, coaching, and reviews.
• Guide new business development, RFP responses, and client acquisitions.
• Operationalize AI usage across the team.
