Job summary

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) seeks an experienced professional to provide technical advice and leadership in Emergency Health programming. You will support regional and country program teams, aligning with donor guidelines and CRS standards to enhance program quality and impact.

The role requires extensive international experience, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in proposal development and capacity-building initiatives. Travel up to 50% may be expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in clinical or public health required.
• Minimum of eight years international advisory/management experience.
• Experience developing successful donor proposals is required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to agency-wide strategies and tools in Emergency Health.
• Provide technical solutions for planning and M&E with partners.
• Lead technical design for large or complex proposals and donor alignment.
• Support capacity-strengthening through trainings and coaching.
• Analyze program data and share lessons learned.
• Build relationships with donors and peers to share best practices.
