Job summary

Solidigm, headquartered in Rancho Cordova, CA, is seeking an entry-level Associate Account Manager to join Global Sales Group. You will support account teams, coordinate internal execution, and help develop customer relationships across AI infra, cloud, and storage customers.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, eager to learn, with strong communication, organizational skills, and a willingness to travel up to 50%. This commission role offers growth and eligible RSU/RCU programs.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Strong interest in sales, customer engagement, semiconductor technology, cloud infrastructure, data centers, or enterprise storage solutions.
• Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and communicate product, supply, and business information clearly to internal and customer audiences.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong follow-through, responsiveness, and commitment to supporting account teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Foundational understanding of business processes such as forecasting, pricing, contracts, supply coordination, customer meetings, or quarterly business reviews.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize information clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Support account managers and FAEs in understanding customer needs, tracking account priorities, and ensuring timely follow-through on requests.
• Develop foundational knowledge of customer requirements, Solidigm products, sales processes, and market dynamics to support opportunity identification and account growth.
• Assist in preparing customer-facing materials, meeting follow-ups, business reviews, forecasts, and internal updates for discussions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Strategic Planning, Global Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders to support execution and commitments.
