Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Seattle is seeking PLM Functional Consultants / Business Analysts across junior to senior bands to support a Teamcenter-based PLM modernization for a major Aerospace & Defense OEM. You will capture requirements, map functional scope and validate builds, acting as the bridge between engineering and manufacturing users within a blended onshore–offshore team.

Your role includes leading workshops, mapping legacy PDM scope to Teamcenter, and identifying AI use cases.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years PLM functional consultant/business analyst experience.
• Experience mapping requirements to Teamcenter capabilities.
• Strong leadership of workshops and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Capture and structure functional requirements from engineering and manufacturing stakeholders.
• Map legacy PDM / process-planning scope onto Teamcenter capabilities.
• Identify and document augmented-engineering / AI use cases.
• Document as-is / to-be processes - change control, configuration, BOM and work-instruction flows.
• Support configuration, test and validation of the Teamcenter solution against requirements.
• Collaborate across the onshore–offshore team; senior band runs user workshops and leads scope mapping.
