Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in the Seattle area is hiring PLM Developers across junior, intermediate and senior bands to build Teamcenter customizations, extensions and integrations for a major Aerospace & Defense OEM, within a blended onshore–offshore team and an AI-powered software factory.

Your role covers design, development and maintenance using ITK, SOA and Active Workspace, with emphasis on high quality, testable code, CI/CD, and mentoring of teammates. Hybrid role in Seattle with 10–30% travel.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience in Teamcenter customizations and extensions (ITK, SOA, Active Workspace / AWC).
• Owns complex extensions and agent-ready services; mentors; deep Teamcenter.
• Solid programming (Java / C++ / web) and testing discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Teamcenter customizations and extensions using ITK, SOA, and Active Workspace to support complex requirements.
• Build and enhance AI-assisted services and APIs.
• Write testable, documented code; unit-test and support CI/CD validation.
