Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Seattle seeks an experienced Teamcenter solution architect to lead a large-scale modernization, translating complex requirements into scalable PLM capabilities and AI-enabled workflows.

You will manage data models, BMIDE configurations, CAD integrations, and guide global teams across onshore-offshore, ensuring governance and delivery of enterprise PLM transformations in highly regulated industries.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in PLM solution architecture.
• Deep hands-on Siemens Teamcenter implementations and enterprise delivery programs.
• Experience migrating complex legacy PDM systems to modern PLM platforms.
• Aerospace & Defense or similarly regulated manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Teamcenter solution architecture across data models, BMIDE configurations, item and BOM structures, workflows, security models, and system configurations.
• Translate legacy PDM and process-planning functionality into scalable Teamcenter solutions while balancing configuration and customization.
• Design AI- and agent-ready PLM architectures using APIs and modern data models for augmented engineering workflows.
• Define and govern integration strategies for CAD systems, BOM management, and MBPP.
• Lead and mentor a global onshore-offshore team to ensure architectural consistency and high-quality delivery.
