Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is hiring PLM Developers across junior, intermediate and senior bands to build Teamcenter customizations, extensions and integrations on a large, complex PLM modernization for an Aerospace & Defense OEM, within a blended onshore–offshore team and an AI-Powered software factory. The role is hybrid in Seattle/Bellevue, WA with 10-30% travel.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience in Teamcenter customizations and extensions (ITK, SOA, Active Workspace / AWC).
• Owns complex extensions and agent-ready services; mentors; deep Teamcenter.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and integration tasks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Teamcenter customizations and extensions using ITK, SOA, and Active Workspace.
• Build and enhance AI-assisted services and APIs.
• Write testable code and support CI/CD validation.
• Collaborate with distributed onshore–offshore team and mentor junior staff.
