HCLTech is seeking an experienced Teamcenter Technical Lead Engineer to support and enhance Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions for programs subject to U.S. export control regulations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Teamcenter Server Administration, Active Workspace (AW) configuration/customization, Teamcenter development, and validation support, along with the ability to quickly understand and support QMS (Quality Management System) and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to gather requirements, design technical solutions, implement Teamcenter enhancements, and provide ongoing support for enterprise PLM environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in business and technical requirement discussions with stakeholders.
• Create detailed functional design documents (FDDs) and technical design documents (TDDs).
• Design and implement Teamcenter solutions that align with business and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance for:
• Teamcenter Server Administration
• Teamcenter Configuration
• Teamcenter Customization
• Active Workspace (AW) Configuration and Customization
• Support Teamcenter deployment, upgrades, performance tuning, and troubleshooting activities.
• Develop and maintain Teamcenter extensions, workflows, BMIDE configurations, and integrations.
• Collaborate with validation and quality teams to support system validation activities and documentation.
• Analyze production issues and provide root cause analysis and resolution recommendations.
• Support QMS and CAPA business processes within the Teamcenter ecosystem.
• Work with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and IT.
• Ensure system changes comply with organizational standards and regulated industry requirements.
• Mentor junior developers and administrators on Teamcenter best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM.
• Strong expertise in:
• Teamcenter Server Administration
• Teamcenter Configuration and Customization
• Active Workspace (AW) Configuration and Customization
• BMIDE
• Teamcenter Workflows and Data Model
• Experience creating functional and technical design documentation.
• Hands-on experience supporting Teamcenter implementation and enhancement projects.
• Experience with validation activities in regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of Teamcenter client/server architecture.
• Proven troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Quality Management System (QMS) processes.
• Experience supporting CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes.
• Experience with Teamcenter integrations and enterprise system connectivity.
• Knowledge of PLM processes across Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality organizations.
• Experience in Aerospace, Defense, Medical Device or other regulated industries.
• Siemens Teamcenter Administration or Development Certification.

U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder strongly preferred due to ITAR program requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $109000/year

Pay Range Maximum: $150,000/year
