Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an experienced Technical Lead – Teamcenter Development, Server & Active Workspace to guide design, implementation, customization, and maintenance of Siemens Teamcenter solutions for complex PLM environments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in solution design activities and create detailed technical documentation.
• Develop implementation roadmaps aligned with project schedules and business objectives.
• Lead Teamcenter solution implementation activities based on approved designs and architecture.
• Facilitate technical design reviews, implementation reviews, and solution validation sessions.
• Lead and mentor development and administration teams supporting Teamcenter environments.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Teamcenter solutions.
• Configure, customize, and maintain Teamcenter applications to improve usability and performance.
• Perform Teamcenter deployments, upgrades, patching, and environment administration.
• Support development activities involving Teamcenter configuration and customization.
• Implement and maintain workflows, business rules, audit capabilities, and system integrations.
• Troubleshoot application, server, and performance issues while ensuring data integrity.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Compliance teams to support QMS and CAPA processes.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to Teamcenter architecture and operations.

Location: United States (Onsite/Hybrid)

HCLTech is seeking an experienced Technical Lead – Teamcenter Development, Server & Active Workspace to lead the design, implementation, customization, and maintenance of Siemens Teamcenter solutions supporting complex engineering and product lifecycle management (PLM) environments.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving solution architecture, implementation planning, development, server administration, Active Workspace customization, and system optimization while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

This position supports programs and projects subject to U.S. export control regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $69000/year

Pay Range Maximum: $120,000/year
