Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an experienced Technical Architect with DELMIA D5 and Apriso MES expertise to lead manufacturing transformation initiatives. You will design and implement DELMIA-based solutions, optimize shop floor execution, and drive digital manufacturing capabilities across complex environments.

Ideal candidates will have strong MES/MOM experience, enterprise integrations, and a track record in aerospace, automotive, or related sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with DELMIA, Apriso, MES, MOM, or related manufacturing solutions.
• Experience supporting enterprise manufacturing transformation programs.
• Experience leading solution architecture, implementation, or upgrade projects.
• Experience in Aerospace/Defense, Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
• Hands-on experience integrating manufacturing applications with ERP and PLM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate manufacturing requirements into scalable solutions.
• Design, configure, and enhance DELMIA and Apriso applications for operations and objectives.
• Provide technical leadership across DELMIA MOM, MES, and Digital Manufacturing modules.
• Architect and support DELMIA integrations with SAP/ERP and ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE PLM.
• Develop architecture docs, process flows, and deployment guides.
• Lead design reviews, testing, deployments, and post-production support.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Offer guidance and best practices to users and project teams.
• Evaluate new DELMIA capabilities and drive continuous improvements.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with expertise in DELMIA and Apriso Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to support enterprise manufacturing transformation initiatives. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing DELMIA-based solutions that enhance manufacturing operations, digital manufacturing capabilities, and shop floor execution processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manufacturing systems, MES/MOM solutions, enterprise integrations, and digital transformation programs within aerospace, automotive, or other complex manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate manufacturing requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Design, configure, and enhance DELMIA and Apriso applications to support manufacturing operations and business objectives.
• Provide technical and functional leadership across DELMIA modules, including:
• Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM)
• Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Digital Manufacturing
• Architect and support integrations between DELMIA and enterprise applications such as:
• SAP or other ERP platforms
• ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE PLM solutions
• CATIA and related engineering systems
• Develop technical specifications, architecture documentation, process flows, and deployment guides.
• Lead solution design reviews, testing activities, deployments, and post-production support.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with software vendors and internal teams for resolution.
• Provide guidance, training, and best practices to business users and project teams.
• Evaluate new DELMIA capabilities and recommend continuous improvements aligned with industry best practices.

• Strong experience with DELMIA D5
• Strong experience with Apriso MES
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and digital manufacturing concepts
• Experience with Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Hands-on experience integrating manufacturing applications with ERP and PLM platforms
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams

Preferred Skills

• Experience with:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience working with DELMIA, Apriso, MES, MOM, or related manufacturing solutions.
• Experience supporting enterprise manufacturing transformation programs.
• Prior experience in Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Experience leading solution architecture, implementation, or upgrade projects.

Certifications (Preferred)

• DELMIA Certification
• Apriso Certification
• Relevant Manufacturing or MES certifications
• Hybrid work model depending on project requirements.
• Occasional travel to manufacturing plants, customer locations, and project sites.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $45/hour

Pay Range Maximum: $75/hour
