Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking an experienced Teamcenter L1 Support Engineer for enterprise PLM support and application operations in Austin.

You will handle incident management, user support, workflow monitoring, and access administration while coordinating with L2/L3 teams to meet SLA commitments. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of Teamcenter experience, hands-on RAC, BOM management, ITSM tooling such as ServiceNow, and strong communication with global business users.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Teamcenter PLM support and application operations.
• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter processes and business workflows.
• Hands-on with Teamcenter RAC, BOM management and ITSM tooling.
• Experience in enterprise PLM environments and customer-facing support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic SQL and Linux/Windows administration.
