Teknikoz in the United States is seeking a PLM Support Engineer to provide technical and functional support for Siemens Teamcenter across engineering and business teams. You will troubleshoot issues, manage configurations, support integrations, and ensure data integrity in a fast-paced PLM environment.

The role requires 8+ years of experience with Teamcenter, strong PLM knowledge, ITIL awareness, and a hands-on approach to delivering reliable AMS support in a corporate setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in support or testing or implementation of Siemens Teamcenter application.
• Strong understanding of Teamcenter user level and PLM functional knowledge.
• Experience supporting enterprise PLM platforms in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• 8+ years of experience in support or testing or implementation of Siemens Teamcenter application
• Good understanding of Teamcenter user level and PLM functional knowledge
• Knowledge of PLM concepts / Engineering Change processes / Bill of Material concepts
• Experience in working with and supporting PLM business users, and troubleshooting PLM issues
• Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) experience with Teamcenter
• Teamcenter Configuration using BMIDE nice to have
• ITIL Certified candidate will be preferred
