Job summary

Infosys Limited in the United States is seeking a Teamcenter L2 Support Engineer to provide second-level support for Teamcenter issues, monitor systems, and coordinate with L3 teams to ensure smooth operation of PLM environments.

You will troubleshoot Rich Client, Active Workspace, BMIDE changes, and Teamcenter modules, analyze incidents, and contribute to knowledge base while working with CAD, infrastructure, and database teams to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Teamcenter support or PLM application support.
• Candidate should have a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent.

• Provide Level 2 support for Teamcenter issues related to user access, data management, workflows, and integrations.
