Job summary

XPO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Team Driver to operate in a two-person sleeper team across extended runs. You’ll partner with another driver to haul freight between XPO facilities, sharing driving and responsibilities on long-distance routes.

Typical 5 days on, 2 days off schedule with weekly pay, mileage pay ($0.974 per mile split between drivers) and hourly enroute waiting pay. Full benefits from day one, 401(k) match, and PTO are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Hazmat, tank vehicle, and doubles/triples endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Run loads between XPO facilities for pickup and drop off with fellow XPO employees.
• Navigate routes, maintain CMV safety, and ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
• Operate tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day work week away from home.
• Operate the vehicle safely within DOT regulations.
• Use internal freight transportation tools and required systems.
