Job summary

XPO Logistics, Inc. is seeking Team Drivers in the United States. You will operate sleeper-tractor configurations on extended runs and cooperate with a partner to manage loads across multiple XPO facilities.

The role requires a CDL-A, a clean safety record, and the ability to be away from home five days per week. Weekly earnings are supported by mileage and hourly pay structures, with full benefits starting on day one, plus a 401(k) with company matching and PTO.

Qualifications

• Be a member of an existing team (teams only) and apply with teammate
• Partner with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs
• Minimum age 21
• Valid Class A CDL
• Knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems
• Safe driving record and history
• DOT Medical Certification Card or pass company DOT physical
• Available to work away from home in a five-day work week
• Hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements

Responsibilities

• Run loads between XPO facilities for pickup and drop-off with fellow employees
• Navigate routes, maintain CMV safety and comply with regulations
• Operate tractor-trailer combinations over long distances during a typical 5-day work week away from home
• Operate vehicle safely within DOT regulations
• Use internal freight transportation tools and systems
