Job summary

XPO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Team Driver to partner with another driver in sleeper tractors for long-haul runs. The role requires CDL‑A, a clean record, and a willingness to be away from home on a five‑day work week.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL and have a safe driving history.
• Be at least 21 years old and available for a five-day work week away from home.
• Possess a valid DOT Medical Certification or pass a company DOT physical.
• Endorsements for hazardous materials, tank vehicle, and doubles/triples are preferred.
• Experience working in a team driving environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run loads between XPO facilities for pickup and drop-off with a teammate.
• Maintain CMV safety and comply with transportation regulations while navigating routes.
• Operate tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5‑day work week away from home.
• Operate vehicles within DOT regulations and use internal freight transportation tools.
