XPO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Team Driver in the Dallas area to operate sleeper-tractor runs with an existing partner.

You will run loads between XPO facilities, coordinate with dispatchers, and maintain CMV safety while adhering to DOT regulations. The role offers weekly pay, mileage pay at 0.974 per mile (split between drivers), hourly waiting pay, and full benefits from day one, including PTO and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Must be part of an existing team; both members must apply.
• Must be 21+ with valid Class A CDL and DOT medical card.
• Willing to be away from home five days per week.
• Endorsements: hazmat, tank, doubles/triples.
• Knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems.
• Safe driving record.
• Ability to partner with sleeper-tractor team on extended runs.

Responsibilities

• Run loads between XPO facilities with team members.
• Ensure CMV safety and regulatory compliance.
• Operate long-haul tractor-trailer up to 5 days per week away from home.
• Operate within DOT regulations.
• Use internal freight transportation tools and systems.
