Job summary

Fulenwider Group is hiring a Team Trainer for Taco Bell in Kings Mountain, NC. You will be the go-to person during shifts, responsible for training new employees across cashier, drive-thru, and other positions, while maintaining guest service standards.

You will cross-train staff, coach, oversee team in manager's absence, ensure food safety and order accuracy, manage pre-shift huddles, scheduling, and cost controls, and produce productivity reports to help the store run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience training new employees.
• Ability to coach and guide team during shifts.
• Strong guest service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train current employees, lead new product or procedure training, and coach.
• Oversee team members when the manager is not present.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Guide and grow the team.
• Work with fellow team members to ensure standards are met and consistent.
• Conduct pre-shift huddles or meetings.
• Solve scheduling.
• Control food cost and other cost controls.
• Produce productivity reports.
• Set up functional aisles and dining room.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
