Job summary

Responsibilities

• Train cross-training current employees and lead new product or procedure training.
• Oversee team members when the manager is not present.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team.
• Ensure standards are met and consistent across shifts.
• Conduct pre-shift huddles and coordinate scheduling.
• Monitor food cost, productivity reports, and dining room setup.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
