Job summary

Luxoft in Tampa is rewriting an enterprise platform to run on Angular, Java and Spring. You will join an Agile team focused on designing a modern architecture and delivering a faster, more stable, and scalable solution.

Responsibilities include leading the team, designing and developing scalable Java applications, writing clean, testable code, conducting code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with product, QA and DevOps to optimize performance and reliability and to resolve

Qualifications

• 3+ years of team leadership experience in software development.
• 10+ years of Java (Java 11+) experience.
• Strong Spring Boot expertise.
• Experience with SQL databases and messaging systems (Kafka or RabbitMQ).
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes and cloud platforms.
• Excellent testing skills with JUnit/Mockito and Agile teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development team in delivering scalable Java apps.
• Architect and design modern enterprise solutions.
• Review code and mentor junior developers.
