Job summary

Luxoft in Irving, TX seeks a seasoned Java team lead to design and deliver a scalable Java application built with Angular, Java, and Spring. You will guide an Agile team, participate in architecture decisions, and ensure code quality through reviews and mentorship.

Responsibilities include optimizing performance, collaborating with product, QA, and DevOps, and resolving production issues to improve stability and scalability of the enterprise platform.

Qualifications

• Team lead experience 3+ years.
• 10+ years of Java experience (Java 11+).
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Solid testing skills (JUnit, Mockito).
• Ability to mentor others and work in Agile teams.
