Job summary

Luxoft in Jersey City is rewriting an enterprise platform using Angular, Java, and Spring. You will join an Agile team focused on designing a modern architecture and delivering a faster, more stable, and scalable solution.

Key duties include leading the team, designing scalable Java applications, writing maintainable code, and participating in architecture decisions. You will mentor developers and help optimize performance in production environments.

Qualifications

• Team lead experience: 3+ years.
• 10+ years of Java experience (Java 11+).
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Solid testing skills (JUnit, Mockito).
• Ability to mentor others and work in Agile teams.
