Job summary

Luxoft Germany is seeking an experienced engineering lead to join an Agile team rewriting an enterprise platform using Angular, Java, and Spring. You will guide design, mentor developers, and help deliver a scalable, reliable system.

The role focuses on architecture decisions, code quality, performance optimization, and close collaboration with product, QA, and DevOps to ensure production readiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of team lead experience.
• Java experience of 10+ years (Java 11+).
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Solid testing skills (JUnit, Mockito).
• Ability to mentor others and work in Agile teams.
