Job Description

If you love sports, local events, fashion, retail, leading others, or all of the above, Rally House could be your ideal place! As a Team Sales Lead, you will lead others, help set sales standards, coach and direct Sales Associates, maintain a presentable sales floor, and delegate daily tasks. You will also support Store Managers and Assistant Managers in operations such as returns, transfers, and merchandising, focusing on achieving store goals, customer service, staff mentoring, and loss prevention. An enthusiastic attitude is essential.
