Job Description

Love sports, local events, fashion, retail, leading others, or all of the above? If so, Rally House may be the perfect fit! Team Sales Leads at Rally House are team leaders who deliver results consistently. They help set selling standards, coach and direct Sales Associates, and ensure the sales floor is presentable. They delegate daily projects, stay focused, nurture, and train others.

TSLs also assist Store Managers and Assistant Managers with operations such as returns, defects, transfers, action memos, and achieving store goals related to sales, customer service, staff mentoring and retention, loss prevention, and merchandising. An enthusiastic attitude is key!

Responsibilities

• Staffing: shift management, leading others

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1-2 years retail experience; coaching/training experience preferred
• Availability to work 10-20 hours/week, including daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and local sports events

Physical requirements include standing, walking, talking, hearing, using hands, reaching, differentiating colors, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Salary: $14.75 - $16.75 per hour
