Job Description

If you love sports, local events, fashion, retail, leading others, or all of the above, Rally House might be the perfect fit! Team Sales Leads are leaders who deliver results and set selling standards, coaching and directing Sales Associates. They keep the sales floor presentable, delegate daily projects, and are focused, nurturing, and capable of training others.

TSLs also support Store Managers and Assistant Managers in operations, including returns, defects, transfers, action memos, achieving store goals, sales, customer service, staff mentoring, retention, loss prevention, and merchandising. An enthusiastic attitude is essential!

Qualifications

Physical requirements include standing, walking, talking, hearing, handling objects, reaching, differentiating colors, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Hourly wage: $14.75 - $16.75.
