Job summary

W.W. Williams is seeking a Team Operations Manager to oversee daily execution throughput, technician productivity, backlog control, quality performance, and on-time customer delivery across branches.

The role leads scheduling through Service Coordination Supervisors, drives labor utilization, ensures QA reviews, resolves customer issues before escalation, and guides hiring and performance management of branch personnel.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Supervisory Experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for daily scheduling execution and backlog health through Service Coordination Supervisors.
• Own technician productivity, labor utilization, and execution efficiency within assigned territory.
• Ensure quality assurance reviews are conducted to reduce repeat work and execution defects.
• Resolve operational customer issues prior to escalation to Regional Operations Manager.
• Drive corrective action when branch KPIs fall outside established thresholds.
• Lead hiring, development, and performance management of branch personnel.
