Job summary

W.W. Williams is seeking a Team Operations Manager to oversee daily scheduling, backlog health, and technician productivity across assigned branches. The role drives quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction within the operations network.

You will manage staffing, performance, and development of branch personnel, while ensuring KPI targets are met and operational issues are resolved promptly.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Schedule execution and backlog health management through Service Coordination Supervisors.
• Own technician productivity, labor utilization, and execution efficiency in the territory.
• Ensure quality assurance reviews to reduce repeats and defects.
• Resolve operational customer issues before escalation to Regional Operations Manager.
• Drive corrective actions when branch KPIs fall outside thresholds.
• Lead hiring, development, and performance management of branch personnel.

Job Duties

• Accountable for daily scheduling execution and backlog health through Service Coordination Supervisors.
• Own technician productivity, labor utilization, and execution efficiency within assigned territory.
• Ensure quality assurance reviews are conducted to reduce repeat work and execution defects.
• Resolve operational customer issues prior to escalation to Regional Operations Manager.
• Drive corrective action when branch KPIs fall outside established thresholds.
• Lead hiring, development, and performance management of branch personnel.

Work Experience & Qualifications

• Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school; or two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
