Job summary

W.W. Williams is seeking a Team Operations Manager to oversee daily scheduling, backlog health, technician productivity, quality performance, and on-time customer delivery within assigned branches.

The role requires leading supervisors, driving KPI performance, managing hires and staff development, and ensuring consistent execution across the territory. This is a permanent, full-time position with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school, or two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for daily scheduling execution and backlog health through Service Coordination Supervisors.
• Own technician productivity, labor utilization, and execution efficiency within the assigned territory.
• Ensure quality assurance reviews are conducted to reduce repeat work and execution defects.
• Resolve operational customer issues prior to escalation to Regional Operations Manager.
• Drive corrective action when branch KPIs fall outside established thresholds.
• Lead hiring, development, and performance management of branch personnel.
