Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to lead daily branch activities, drive productivity, and ensure compliant, on-time delivery of products and services. You will guide staffing, develop leaders, and coordinate with the General/Regional Manager to meet revenue and service goals.

The role emphasizes problem solving, proactive decisions, and maintaining quality standards while fostering a safe, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Three years' related experience in fluid power or industrial distribution.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Willingness to travel within several hundred miles.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Aid GM/RM in achieving revenue, profit, and staffing plans.
• Plan, control, and manage product and service deliveries to meet customer needs.
• Hire and develop staff for career growth.
• Ensure ISO Quality and Environmental compliance and 5S adherence.
• Review P&L with GM/RM and Finance; monitor budgets and expenses.
• Direct day-to-day operations and scheduling for branch efficiency.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally; maintain customer satisfaction.
