Williams-Sonoma DC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a fast-moving distribution floor, developing front-line talent and driving performance across safety, quality, inventory accuracy, and productivity. The role collaborates with site leadership to execute priorities and scale operations to meet peak demand.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of progressive distribution leadership, strong experience with WMS systems, and a proven ability to build high-performing teams in a large-scale

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, with 3-5 years of progressive distribution leadership experience in a large-scale operation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience leading people and performance in fast-paced, high-volume distribution or fulfillment environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop strong teams by setting clear expectations, coaching, and accountability at all levels.
• Drive daily execution by aligning labor, staffing, and workflow to meet volume demands.
• Deliver operational excellence across inbound, outbound, inventory, and dock activity through disciplined processes.
• Build a safe, disciplined operation with a focus on OSHA compliance and safe behaviors.
• Improve business by identifying opportunities for productivity, quality, and service gains.
• Partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and strong execution.
