You will ensure quality reviews, resolve customer issues, and drive improvements in KPIs while leading branch personnel development. The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is expected.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for daily scheduling execution and backlog health through Service Coordination Supervisors.
• Own technician productivity, labor utilization, and execution efficiency within the territory.
• Ensure quality assurance reviews are conducted to reduce repeat work and defects.
• Resolve operational customer issues prior to escalation to Regional Operations Manager.
• Drive corrective action when branch KPIs fall outside thresholds.
• Lead hiring, development, and performance management of branch personnel.
